`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the approval and order of the

`Court, as follows:

`Plain and ordinary meaning. To the extent that the Court requires
`further explanation, the plain and ordinary meaning of

`Claim construction of the term “administration” is now moot and no further claim

`construction briefing as to this term is necessary.

`This Stipulated Order is dispositive as to all claim construction issues, except the

`outstanding construction of the term “condition(s),” which will be addressed at the hearing on

`April 29, 2016. Nothing in this Stipulated Order relates to, prejudices, precludes, or otherwise

`impacts either party’s right or ability to fully litigate any other issue, claim, or defense in this

`proceeding.
