`Re:
`
`ELM 3DS Innovations, LLC v. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., et al.,
`C.A. No. 14-1430-CJB
`
`Dear Judge Burke:
`
`Samsung writes with an update regarding the partial resolution of its discovery disputes
`
`with Elm included in its letter brief filed April 20, 2022 (D.I. 501). After Samsung filed its letter
`brief, Elm produced a redacted version of Mr. Leedy’s will, which Samsung sought as part of its
`dispute with Elm. Elm’s production of this redacted version of Mr. Leedy’s will resolves that
`portion of the parties’ dispute, and Samsung hereby withdraws its request for Mr. Leedy’s will.
`Samsung has already informed Elm that this portion of the dispute is resolved. The remainder of
`the issues in Samsung’s letter brief are still in dispute.
`
`Counsel for Samsung are available at the Court’s convenience to submit any additional
`
`requested information or address any questions the Court may have in advance of the hearing on
`May 9.
`
`Respectfully,
`
`/s/ Adam W. Poff
