`Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., Samsung

`Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC (collectively, “Samsung”)

`respectfully move the Court to schedule a teleconference to address outstanding disputes on
`
`Samsung’s requests for discovery from Plaintiff Elm 3DS Innovations, LLC (“Elm”).
`
`There are two discovery matters for which Samsung seeks the Court’s assistance:
`

`The production of Mr. Glenn Leedy’s will by Elm.

`The production of information by Elm regarding the compensation that has gone to

`or will go to Mr. Glenn Leedy’s surviving family members as a result of this litigation.
