`(collectively, “Defendants”) in the above-referenced matter respectfully move the Court to
`
`schedule a discovery conference on Defendants’ requests for discovery from Plaintiff Elm 3DS
`
`Innovations, LLC (“Elm”).
`
`The following attorneys participated in telephonic meet and confers on Defendants’
`
`discovery requests on June 24, 25, and 28, 2021:

`There are five discovery items for which Defendants seek the Court’s assistance:

`Elm’s refusal to produce its settlement agreement with SK Hynix.
`
`Elm’s objection to discovery related to its standing to maintain this litigation,
`including documents regarding the Glenn Leedy Revocable Trust FBO Conor
`Leedy and the Glenn Leedy Revocable Trust FBO Genevieve Leedy, which
`collectively purport to have received and currently own all interests in Elm.
`
`Elm’s claim of privilege over certain documents listed in its May 24, 2021
`Amended Privilege Log, including documents regarding Elm’s dealings with Ron
`Epstein and Epicenter IP, LLC.
`
`Elm’s allegedly relevance-based redactions to its “Contingent Fee Engagement
`Agreement” with Epicenter Law, P.C.
`
`Elm’s attempt to limit the deposition of Ron Epstein, its sole corporate designee,
`to no more than two days.
`

`In view of the number and complexity of the items in dispute, Defendants respectfully request a
`
`small increase to the page limit for the parties’ respective letters to the Court regarding these
`
`disputes. The Supplemental Scheduling Order sets forth a default limit of three pages. D.I. 111 at
`
`10–11. Defendants respectfully request that the limit be increased to five pages for their letter
`
`and also increased to five pages for Elm’s opposition letter.
`
`Counsel for Defendants and Elm have confirmed their availability for a teleconference on
`
`these issues on the following dates:
