`the Court’s claim construction ruling; and
`
`WHEREAS, the parties agree that further discussions may have the potential to resolve or
`
`narrow the issues.

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the parties and subject to Court

`approval, that the deadline to move pursuant to Local Rule 7.1.5 is extended to Wednesday,
