`“Elm”) filed its Complaint for Patent Infringement in the United States District Court for the

`District of Delaware.

`WHEREAS, Plaintiff named as Defendants in the Complaint for Patent Infringement, the

`following entities:

`Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., a Korean business entity;
`

`Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., a California corporation;

`WHEREAS, on December 24, 2014, Plaintiff served its Complaint for Patent

`Infringement on Defendants Samsung Semiconductor, Inc.; Samsung Telecommunications

`America, LLC; and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC.

`WHEREAS, on December 29, 2014, Plaintiff served its Complaint for Patent
`
`Infringement on Defendant Samsung Electronics America, Inc.
`
`
`
`WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendants wish to enter a joint stipulation regarding service
`
`of the Plaintiff’s Complaint for Patent Infringement.
`
`
`
`WHEREAS, Plaintiff and Defendants wish to enter a joint stipulation regarding
`
`the time for responding to Plaintiff’s Complaint for Patent Infringement.Now, therefore, IT IS
`
`HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the approval of the Court, that
`

`The Defendants, including Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., accept service of
`
`Plaintiff’s Complaint for Patent Infringement; and
`
`2.

`The deadline for Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung
