`WHEREAS, the parties have conferred and agree that additional time is needed to

`prepare electronic versions of the post-trial briefs;

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the parties hereto, and subject to the

`approval of the Court, that the parties shall submit to each other and to the Court electronic
`
`versions of their respective post-trial opening, answering, and reply briefs with hyperlinks to the
`
`authorities, trial testimony, and exhibits cited in each brief, on or before November 4, 2016.
