`Re: Arendi S.A.R.L. v. Google LLC (13-919-JLH)
`
`Dear Judge Hall:
`
`
`Arendi respectfully requests leave to file a one-page reply to Google’s letter dated January
`19, 2024. D.I. 611. At the Court’s teleconference on January 5, 2024, the Court instructed the
`parties to meet and confer and to each file a three-page letter regarding any unresolved issues, with
`Arendi’s letter due on January 12 and Google’s due on January 19. D.I. 609. The Court further
`stated at the teleconference that Arendi would be “welcome to file a motion for leave to file a one-
`page reply if that’s needed.” Hr’g. Tr. at 16:13-14.
`
`Having reviewed Google’s letter of January 19, Arendi respectfully requests leave to file a
`one-page reply to address issues and authorities that Google’s letter raises for the first time,
`including Google’s assertion that the Court “lacks jurisdiction” to modify the existing judgment.
`D.I. 611 at 1. If leave is granted, Arendi will file its letter by January 26.
`
`Respectfully,
`
`Neal C. Belgam
