`We write on behalf of non-party Samsung regarding its motion to seal certain portions of
`
`the trial transcript (the “Motion”) (D.I. 598). In preparing the redacted, public version of the
`Motion for filing, we discovered that three references to the term “Samsung” in the index of the
`transcript were inadvertently marked for redaction. The references are at 1116:4, 1122:15, and
`1562:25. Subject to entry of an order in the interim, these three references will not be redacted in
`the exhibits to the public version of the Motion to be filed on Monday, August 21, and they
`should not be redacted in the final trial transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience this
`oversight may have caused.
