`We write on behalf of non-party Samsung regarding the Court’s Oral Order from Friday,

`July 21 (D.I. 586). While the Court granted Samsung access to the transcript weeks ago, Plaintiff
`has not yet provided a copy of the trial transcript redacting the parties’ and other non-parties’
`confidential information that Samsung can review. We understand that Plaintiff will provide
`such a transcript at some point this week. Samsung respectfully requests two weeks from receipt
`of the transcript to file its motion to redact.
