`Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2 and this Court’s policy on the electronic availability of

`transcripts of court proceedings, Non-Parties Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung

`Electronics America, Inc. (“Samsung”) hereby submit their notice of intent to redact and/or seal

`certain portions of the transcripts and exhibits from the jury trial held from April 24, 2023 to

`May 2, 2023. Samsung will promptly file a motion with the Court, which will include its

`proposed redactions, a supporting brief, and a declaration concerning the confidentiality of the
