`Confirmed as to CD and CSQA.
`
`Arendi will present a total damages figure of
`
` at trial.
`
`This is reached by taking Exhibits 1B and 2B to Mr. Weinstein’s supplemental
`reply report and excluding (i) all units of the News app; (ii) units of the Chrome
`app from before August 21, 2017; and (iii) all Pixel 1 / Pixel XL units.
`
`These exhibits are re-attached here for convenience. The units now being

`John,
`At the end of our call a bit ago, you stated that Arendi is dropping it infringement claim against
`Chrome using Content Detectors and Contextual Search Quick Actions. Please confirm that this is
`correct by reply email ASAP.
`
`When I asked you what Arendi’s new damages demand is, you did not have a number readily
`available, but promised to send that number, along with your method of calculating that number,
`tonight so that we can consider the impact of this withdrawal on the case.

`
`
`
`Plaintiff’s Disclosure of Supplemental Accused Products and Asserted Patents
`
`In accordance with the Court’s October 23, 2018 Scheduling Order (D.I. 81) and Section
`
`4.a of the Default Standard for Discovery, Including Discovery of Electronically Stored
`
`Information, Plaintiff Arendi S.A.R.L. (“Arendi”) provides this disclosure of supplemental
`
`accused products, accused devices, and accused instrumentalities (“the Accused Products”) that
`
`infringe one or more claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,496,854; 7,917,843; 7,921,356 and/or
`
`8,306,993 with respect to defendant Google LLC. The list in Exhibit 1 is deemed to include all
`
`variations of the Accused Products with respect to size, color, memory capacity, carrier,
`
`processor type/speed, display resolution, operating system version, or any other feature.
`
`
`
`In the attached Exhibit 1, Arendi has endeavored to identify, using publicly available
`
`information and without the benefit of any formal discovery, the product names and/or model
`
`numbers of the devices identified above. Providing such names and/or model numbers using only
`
`public information has been complicated by the frequently inconsistent naming conventions used
`
`by Defendants to characterize the products and/or their model numbers, the changes Defendants
`
`have made to the nomenclature used to describe the Accused Products during the relevant time
`
`period, in some cases changing the names multiple times per year, and the different product

`and/or model numbers included in Exhibit 1 should not be read as an exhaustive listing of the

`ARENDI’S SECTION 4(A) DISCLOSURES
`
`Plaintiff, Arendi S.A.R.L. (“Arendi”), submits its initial infringement claim chart
`
`pursuant to Section 4(c) of this Court’s Default Standards for Discovery, relating the accused
`
`products manufactured, used, offered for sale and/or sold by Google, Inc. (“Defendant”), to the
`
`asserted claims those products infringe. These disclosures are based on information reasonably
`
`known and available to Arendi at this time. Arendi reserves the right to supplement these
`
`disclosures, as necessary, as it obtains additional information through discovery and ongoing
`
`investigation, including specifically, information pertaining to Defendant’s accused products.1
`
`Arendi makes these disclosures without waiving any claim of privilege or work product
`
`protection, or any other proper objection to, or exemption from, disclosure or discovery.
`
`
`1 Earlier this week, Arendi received productions of core technical documents from defendants in
`the related actions, totaling over a million pages, and some defendants have refused to provide
`core technical documents relating to certain accused products. Arendi submits its initial
`infringement claim charts based on information already known and available to Arendi. Arendi
`will supplement this claim chart, as necessary, once it has had an opportunity to review
`additional information pertaining to the accused products.

`
`The attached claim charts relate to the charted accused products and, where indicated, to
`
`all co-accused products that, on information and belief, share the same functionality.2 Arendi
`
`will supplement the present disclosure, as necessary, once it has had an opportunity to perform
`
`an adequate review of any relevant core technical documents produced by Defendant.

`2 Arendi has endeavored to identify, using publicly available information and without the benefit
`of any formal discovery on this issue, the product names and/or model numbers of the devices
`identified in these charts. Providing such names and/or model numbers using only public
`information has been complicated by the frequently inconsistent naming conventions used by
`Defendant to characterize the products and/or their model numbers, the changes Defendant has
`made to the nomenclature used to describe the accused products during the relevant time period,
`in some cases changing the names multiple times per year, and the different product names used
`by resellers to identify what appear to be the same products. Accordingly, the names and/or
`model numbers should not be read as an exhaustive listing of the names and model numbers of
`the accused products during the relevant time periods.

`
`CLAIM NO. 1
`
`Defendant Google performs the method recited in this asserted claim for finding data
`related to the contents of a document, as illustrated herein, in Google Drive including
`Google Docs. The Preamble is not considered to be a limitation of Claim 1, but
`nonetheless Google performs a computerized method, comprising the following steps,
`for finding data related to the contents of a document, such as and not limited to an
`address or an email address.
`
`See Annexure 1 for screenshots of the exemplary products, Google drive including
`Google Docs, which handles a document.
`
`See Annexure 2 for screenshots containing documents having first information (search
`terms) that can be utilized in second application programs.
`
`
`Google displays the document electronically using the first computer program, for
`example by using the Google Docs program (the first computer program) to display the
`document (The Document).
`
`See Annexure 2 for screenshot of the first computer program displaying the document.
