`Dear Chief Judge Stark:
`
`In connection with the above-referenced actions and pursuant to the Court’s Order, dated
`
`December 30, 2019 (D.I. 177 in C.A. No. 12-1595), we write on behalf of all parties in response
`to the Court’s direction to file a proposed schedule for briefing on the application of the Court’s
`ruling on asserted dependent claims. In light of the Court’s statements at the hearing and the bases
`for the Court’s rulings, Plaintiff Arendi S.A.R.L. has decided not to pursue separate responses and
`rulings on the remaining claims of the ’993 and ’356 patents. For purposes of appeal, if any, Arendi
`is amenable to having the Court’s ruling on the representative claims apply to the remaining claims
`of the ’993 and ’356 patents.

`At the December 20, 2019 hearing, the Court referred to the dependent claim(s) of the ’854
`patent. After claim construction, the only ’854 patent claim before the Court as to the eligibility
`question was claim 93. Accordingly, no additional response is needed as to the ’854 patent. Arendi
`reserves its rights as to appeal of the eligibility and indefiniteness rulings.

`The parties have conferred and agree that further briefing is unnecessary.
