`Rules of Civil Procedure, on November 22, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., at the offices of Paul Hastings LLP,

`1117 S. California Avenue, East Palo Alto, CA 94304, as agreed upon by counsel, counsel for

`Arendi S.A.R.L. will take the videotaped deposition of Abodurinwa Toki, both in their personal
`
`capacity and as a designated representative of Google to testify as to topics 16, 17, 19, 21, 22, 26,
`
`27, 28, 29, 31, 33, 34, 36.

`The deposition(s) will be taken before a Notary Public or some other officer authorized by

`law to administer oaths for use at trial. The deposition will be videotaped and will continue from

`day to day until completed.
