`WHEREAS, on May 16, 2012, the Court ordered a stay of this action pending resolution
`
`in ITC Investigation No. 337-TA-842 (D.I. 10) (the “Stay”);
`
`WHEREAS, on November 21, 2012, parties notified the Court of the termination of the
`
`ITC investigation (D.I. 11);
`
`WHEREAS, on November 29, 2012, Plaintiff HumanEyes Technologies, Ltd.
`
`(“Plaintiff”) filed a motion to lift the stay and set a Scheduling conference (Ill. 12); and
`
`WHEREAS, on January 8, 2013, the Court entered an order to lift stay (D.I. 16);
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the approval and order of the
`
`Court, that Defendants Sony Corporation, Sony Corporation of America, Sony Electronics Inc.,
`
`Sony Mobile Communications AB, and Sony Mobile Communications (USA), Inc. (collectively,
`
`“Sony”) shall move, answer, or otherwise respond to Plaiiitiffs Complaint by February 7, 2013.
