`to this Court’s May 16, 2012 Order (D1. 10),
`Pursuant
`referenced action hereby jointly write to notify the Court that ITC Investigation No. 33 7'-TA—842
`was terminated on October 23, 2012 due to Plaintiff HumanEyes Technologies Ltd.’s
`("HumanEyes") Voluntary withdrawal of its complaint. Attached as Exhibit A is the October 23,
`2012 Notice of Commission Determination Not to Review an Initial Determination Terminating
`
`the Investigation.
`
`Defendants Sony Corporation, Sony Corporation of America, Sony Electronics Inc., Sony
`Mobile Communications AB and Sony Mobile Communications (USA)
`Inc.
`(collectively
`“Sony”) respectfully request that Sony’s response to the complaint in this action be due within
`30 days of the date that the Court lifts the stay in this action. Humar1Eyes expects to file a
`motion to lift the stay in this action after the Thanksgiving holiday, and will address scheduling
`issues in that motion.
