`WHEREAS, on December 13, 2012, the jury returned a verdict following trial, and the

`Court instructed the Parties to submit a proposed schedule for any post-trial briefing;

`WHEREAS, on December 17, 2012, the Court entered a Judgment Following a Jury

`Verdict Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 58(b); and

`It is hereby STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the Parties, subject to the

`approval of the Court, as follows:
