`
`The parties have met and conferred about proposed dates for the Markman Hearing. The

`parties’ respective positions are as follows:

`
` e-Numerate’s client representatives would like to attend the Markman Hearing. e-

`Numerate’s counsel and client representatives could attend a hearing on September 14 – 16 and
