`Plaintiff Realtime Adaptive Streaming LLC (“Realtime”) and Defendant Apple Inc.
`
`(“Apple”) respectfully request a rescheduling of the initial scheduling conference currently set
`
`for February 5, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. See Dkt. No. 9. The parties request the scheduling
`
`conference be rescheduled to March 12, 2018, at the Court’s convenience and availability. Good
`
`cause exists for this continuance. For example, Apple was served with the Complaint just
`
`recently, in January 2018, and the deadline for Apple to file a response to the Complaint has
`
`been extended to March 5, 2018. The continuance would allow the parties to confer more
`
`meaningfully regarding the case, including regarding proposed schedule and proposed protective
`
`order. The parties have not requested a prior extension of the scheduling conference. The parties
`
`also request that related dates be extended as follows:
