`EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT

`Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) moves this Court for an extension of time in which to
`
`respond to Plaintiff Realtime Adaptive Streaming, LLC’s (“Realtime”) Complaint up to and
`
`including March 5, 2018. Counsel for Realtime has indicated that it consents to Apple’s request
`
`for an extension up to and including March 5, 2018, subject to the Court’s approval.
`
`Realtime filed its Complaint on November 30, 2017. For purposes of this Motion, Apple
`
`accepts that it was served with the Complaint and Summons on January 11, 2018, making
`
`Apple’s response to the Complaint due on February 1, 2018. Apple requests, and Realtime does
`
`not oppose, an extension of time up to and including March 5, 2018. This is Apple’s first
`
`extension request. This extension is requested to allow Apple additional time to coordinate its
`
`response.
