`OF ACTIONS TO THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. § 1407
`FOR COORDINATED OR CONSOLIDATED PRETRIAL PROCEEDINGS

`Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, Plaintiff Realtime Adaptive Streaming LLC (“Realtime”)
`
`MDL-________________

`respectfully moves this Panel for an Order centralizing the 12 related federal actions described in
`
`the Schedule of Actions attached as Exhibit A, and any subsequently filed related actions, to
`
`Judge R. Brooke Jackson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Specifically,
`
`three of the 12 related federal actions described in Exhibit A are currently in the District of
`
`Colorado, so the remaining 9 cases currently pending in the Eastern District of Texas, the Central
`
`District of California, the District of Delaware and the District of Massachusetts should be
`
`transferred to the District of Colorado. The new, consolidated multidistrict litigation will be a
`
`patent infringement action involving Realtime, United States Patent Nos. 7,386,046 (“the ’046
`
`patent”), 8,867,610 (“the ’610 patent”), 8,929,442 (“the ’442 patent”), 8,934,535 (“the ’535
`
`patent”), 9,762,907 (“the ’907 patent”), and 9,769,477 (“the ’477 patent”), 8,634,462 (“the ’462
`
`patent”), 9,578,298 (“the ’298 patent”) (collectively, the “asserted patents”), as well as the
`
`makers and sellers of services/devices that infringe the asserted patents. Realtime’s brief in
`
`support of the motion to transfer is being filed concurrently.
