`The Court orders that the following equipment and tools will be brought to the
`Court and operated by counsel for Defendants Alphatec Holdings, Inc. and Alphatec
`Spine, Inc. (collectively, “Alphatec”), and Ted Haw, Trial Presentation Specialist of
`Innovative Trial Services, on June 29, 2021 for the Oral Argument relating to the
`pending Motions for Summary Judgment and NuVasive Inc.’s Motion to Exclude
`Expert Opinions:
`• 5 laptop computers;
`• Cables, wireless presentation remotes, electronic pointer, keyboards,
`mice, power cords, and power strips;
`• Alphatec’s surgical instruments at issue in this litigation, including but
`not limited to Alphatec’s BattalionTM, TranscendTM, and IdentiTiTM
`implants; and
`• Certain NuVasive surgical instruments, including but not limited to
`certain NuVasive CoRoent® implants.
`To the extent additional electronic equipment or surgical tools related to, but
`not otherwise listed above, are needed to facilitate the hearing, such additional
`equipment or tools are also permitted.
`It is SO ORDERED.
