`The Court will hold oral argument on March 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. on the pending motions for
`summary judgment. The parties should be prepared to address the following issues: (1) the
`construction of “pivoting movement” in the ‘801, ‘780 and ‘531 patents and the operation of the
`accused devices; (2) the dimensional aspects of the ridge structure of the shim device in the ’270
`patent and the structure of the accused device; (3) the significance of the ‘057 decision on the
`invalidity analysis of the ‘832 patent. The Court is allotting 2 hours for the argument, each side
`should anticipate one hour to address the issues set forth above and any other aspects of its motion
`in the allowed time.
