`My guess is Jim likely doesn't know yet if Pat hasn't accepted. Hell, he's taking his role. He
`probably doesn't know. Maybe that is a play to f*** it up on that side. Put a call in to Jim letting
`him know he's out. Give them something to work through as well although could accelerate our
`need to do something if they force Pat to move more quickly.
