`Subject: [EXTERNAL] RE: Petr Pacas Travel Request
`Dear Sabrina, Melanie and Candy,
`I hope you had a nice weekend. I am writing to follow up on my earlier email and provide further
`detail regarding Mr. Pacas’s anticipated travel plans. Mr. Pacas would like to take a three-day family
`cruise, departing from Long Beach, California and stopping in Ensenada, Mexico. As noted below,
`Mr. Pacas’s pretrial services officer, Eva Arevalo, does not object to our request, provided that Mr.
`Pacas provides his itinerary in advance, and contacts Ms. Arevalo before departing and upon return.
`Does the government have any objection to our request?
`If you have any questions, I would, of course, be happy to discuss. My office contact information is
`below and my cell is 609-313-3331.
`Best,
`Alexis

`Subject: Petr Pacas Travel Request
`Dear Sabrina, Melanie and Candy,
`I hope you are doing well. I wanted to let you know that we plan to ask the Court to modify Mr.

`
`Pacas’s bond conditions to allow him to travel to Mexico between October 7 and October 10, 2022.
`As you know, Mr. Pacas has travelled abroad several times during this case, each without incident.
`Mr. Pacas would provide his itinerary to Pretrial Services in advance, and call Pretrial Services prior
`to his departure and upon his return. I have conferred with Mr. Pacas’s new pretrial services officer,
`Eva Arevalo, and Ms. Arevalo has no objection. As we have in the past, may I note your non-
`objection in our request to the Court?
`Best,
`Alexis
