`**EXTERNAL EMAIL MESSAGE**
`
`Hello Mr. Wisely,
`Mr. Pacas did contact me earlier and related his trip to Mexico with me. I have no objection as long
`as he reports to me prior and upon departure and provides me with itinerary. Thanks!

`Subject: Petr Pacas Travel Request
`CAUTION - EXTERNAL:
`
`Dear Ms. Arevalo,
`I represent Petr Pacas in connection with United States v. Bychak, et al., No. 18-cr-04683-GPC. As
`you likely know, earlier this year, the government entered into a deferred prosecution agreement
`with Mr. Pacas, resolving the matter as to him. Under the DPA, however, Mr. Pacas remains subject
`to supervision by Pretrial Services during his one-year deferral period. I’ve attached a copy of the
`DPA here for reference.
`Mr. Pacas let us know that he contacted you regarding his request to travel to Mexico. We plan to
`seek a Court order allowing Mr. Pacas to do so, departing October 7, 2022 and returning October 10,
`2022. Do you have any objection to Mr. Pacas’s travel request if he (1) provides his itinerary in
`advance, and (2) calls pretrial services prior to his departure and upon returning?
`Thank you,
`Alexis
