`Defendants Jacob Bychak, Mark Manoogian, Mohammed Abdul Qayyum,

`and Petr Pacas (collectively, “Defendants”), by and through their undersigned
`counsel, hereby provide notice to the Court of compliance with the Court’s order set
`forth in ECF No. 406. Consistent with the Court’s order, Defendants produced their
`second tranche of reciprocal discovery to the government on May 12, 2022, and
`Defendants’ trial exhibit list is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Defendants reserve the
`right to amend or supplement their exhibit list. This exhibit list may not include
