`Defendant, Mohammed Abdul Qayyum, through his attorneys, Thomas H. Bienert, Jr.,
`James Riddet, Whitney Z. Bernstein and Bienert | Katzman PC, pursuant to the United States
`Constitution, the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, and all other applicable statutes, case
`law and local rules, moves this Court for an order to:

`suppress statements;
`(2)
`hold an evidentiary hearing.
`These motions are based upon the attached statement of facts and memorandum of
