`WHEREAS Apple Inc. (“Apple”) and Wi-LAN, Inc. (“Wi-LAN”)

`(collectively the “Parties”) hereby state that the parties have reached an agreement
`
`settling the matters in controversy between them in Civil Action Nos. 3:14-cv-
`
`02235-DMS-BLM and 3:14-cv-1507-DMS-BLM.
`
`WHEREAS, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41, Wi-LAN
`
`stipulates to the dismissal of its claims and counterclaims against Apple WITH
`
`PREJUDICE in the above-identified cases.

`WHEREAS, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41, Apple stipulates

`to the dismissal of its claims and counterclaims against Wi-LAN WITHOUT

`ACCORDINGLY, Apple and Wi-LAN jointly move the Court for entry of
