`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 9, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., at the
`United States District Court for the Southern District Of California, Courtroom 13A
`located at 221 West Broadway, San Diego, California 92101, Defendant Wi-LAN Inc.
`(“Wi-LAN”) will and hereby does move for an order striking Plaintiff Apple Inc.’s
`(“Apple”) Amended Invalidity Contentions Pursuant to Patent Local Rules 3.3, 3.4,
`and 3.6, served January 2, 2018.
`This motion is based on this notice, the supporting memorandum of points and
`authorities, the supporting declaration, and the appendix of exhibits all filed
`concurrently herewith, as well as the pleadings on file in this action, and upon such
