`Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff, Google LLC, and
`Defendants, AGIS Holdings, Inc., Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc., and AGIS
`Software Development LLC (collectively “AGIS”), hereby stipulate to the dismissal of the action.
