`Pursuant to L.R. 6-1(a), Plaintiff Google LLC (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants AGIS Holdings,
`
`Inc., Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc., and AGIS Software Development LLC
`
`(collectively, the “Defendants”) hereby stipulate that Plaintiff’s deadline to file its Opposition brief
`
`to Defendants’ Motion To Dismiss, Or In The Alternative, To Transfer To The Eastern District of
`
`Texas (ECF No. 44) shall be extended by 18 days from December 11, 2023, up to and including
`
`December 29, 2023. The parties further agree that Defendants’ deadline to file its Reply brief to
`
`Plaintiff’s Opposition brief shall be extended by 18 days from January 5, 2024, up to and including
`
`January 23, 2024. The parties have previously stipulated to two extensions of time relating to the
`
`deadline for Defendants to respond to Plaintiff’s original Complaint. ECF 27, 36. The hearing on
`
`Defendants’ motion to dismiss set for March 21, 2024 will not be impacted by this extension.
