`Pursuant to Local Rule 11-5, the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP and its attorneys Sarah
`Fowler, Moeka Takagi, Gene W. Lee, and Thomas Matthew hereby move this Court to Withdraw
`as Counsel of Record for Plaintiff Twitter, Inc. and, in support thereof, would respectfully show
`the Court the following:
`Perkins Coie LLP’s client, Plaintiff Twitter, Inc., and all other parties have been provided
`written notice of Perkins Coie LLP’s withdrawal, reasonably in advance of this filing. Plaintiff
`remains represented by Sonal N. Mehta and Joseph Taylor Gooch of the law firm of WilmerHale.
`Therefore, there is good cause to permit Perkins Coie LLP’s withdrawal.
`Based on the foregoing, Counsel respectfully requests that the Court grant leave to
`withdraw, effective immediately. A proposed form of order is filed herewith.
