`Please take notice that on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., or as soon
`thereafter as it may be heard by the Court, located at San Francisco Courthouse, 450 Golden Gate
`Avenue, Courtroom 11, 19th Floor, San Francisco, California 94102, before the Honorable Judge
`James Donato, Plaintiff Twitter, Inc., will and hereby does move this Court pursuant to Fed. R.
`Civ. P. 15 for leave to file a First Amended Complaint. Dkt. No. 41. The motion was filed on
`September 9, 2022, and is fully briefed. See Dkt. Nos. 41-43. At the time of filing, a hearing on
`the motion was not properly noticed in the CM/ECF system because of a data entry error.
`Accordingly, Twitter hereby submits this Amended Notice of Hearing in accordance with Local
`Rule 7-2 for a hearing on November 17, 2022.
