`Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-3(d)(2) Plaintiff Lyft, Inc. respectfully notifies the Court of

`consideration of AGIS Software Development LLC’s Motion to Transfer to the United States
`District Court for the Eastern District of Texas [Dkt. 34] which was filed on October 5, 2021, and
`is fully briefed and pending before the Court:

`Software Development LLC v. Lyft, Inc., 2:21-cv-00072 (E.D. Tex. Jan. 19, 2022). A copy of this
`decision is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

`Order, granting Netflix, Inc.’s (“Netflix”) Petition for Writ of Mandamus and
`vacating the District Court’s Order denying Netflix’s Motion to Transfer, In re Netflix, Inc., No.
`2022-110, 2022 U.S. App. LEXIS 1390 (Fed. Cir. Jan. 19, 2022). A copy of this decision is
`attached hereto as Exhibit B.
