`decision is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

`Order, granting Netflix, Inc.’s (“Netflix”) Petition for Writ of Mandamus and
`vacating the District Court’s Order denying Netflix’s Motion to Transfer, In re Netflix, Inc., No.
`2022-110, 2022 U.S. App. LEXIS 1390 (Fed. Cir. Jan. 19, 2022). A copy of this decision is
`attached hereto as Exhibit B.

`Order, granting Joint Motion to Stay All Deadlines and Notice of Settlement, Dkt.
