`NOTICE OF FINAL WRITTEN DECISIONS
`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on June 29, 2022, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
`("PTAB") issued final written decisions in IPR2021-00103 (joined with IPR2021-01030 and
`IPR2021-01090) and IPR2021-00104 (joined with IPR2021-01031 and IPR2021-01091) regarding
`the patents at issue in the above-identified action. The PTAB concluded that petitioners Intel
`Corporation, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., and Applied Materials, Inc. had failed to show that
`claims 1-13 of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,544,276 and claims 1-21 of U.S. Patent No. 7,381,657 were
`unpatentable. The decisions are attached as Exhibits A and B.
