`[PROPOSED] ORDER
`Pursuant to Local Rules 7-11 and 79-5, Applied Materials, Inc. (“Applied”), moved the
`Court for an order sealing selected portions of documents attached to Applied’s Opposition to
`Demaray’s Motion To Amend Answer and documents in support thereof contain highly
`confidential business information relating to Applied, Samsung Electronics America, Inc.,
`Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., and Samsung Austin Semiconductor,
`LLC (collectively “Samsung”), and Intel Corporation (“Intel”) product details and configurations.
`Having reviewed the papers submitted in support of Applied’s Administrative Motion to
`File under Seal, and good cause appearing, the Court herein GRANTS the Motion. The following
`documents may be filed under seal and shall be redacted from the public as follows: portions of
`Applied’s Opposition to Demaray’s Motion to Amend Answer, and Exhibits A–G, J–L to the
`Declaration of Boris Lubarsky in Support of Applied’s Opposition to Demaray’s Motion to Amend
`Answer.
