`Before the Court is Demaray LLC’s (“Demaray”) Administrative Motion for Leave to File
`a Sur-Reply to Applied Materials, Inc.’s (“Applied”) Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
`Having considered the issues presented in Demaray’s Motion, the Motion is DENIED.
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT Demaray may not file a sur-reply to Applied’s
`Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
