`US 7,413,998 Biased pulse DC reactive sputtering of oxide films,
`US 7,544,276 Biased pulse DC reactive sputtering of oxide films,
`US 7,381,657 Biased pulse DC reactive sputtering of oxide films, and
`US 7,378,356 Biased pulse DC reactive sputtering of oxide films.
`Also available is the license for use of these patents to Infinite Power Solutions of 2009 which is a
