`WHEREAS, the Court ordered “that the deadlines for both (1) the parties’ filing of a
`stipulated fee reduction and (2) Amazon’s response to PersonalWeb’s supplemental opposition are
`extended to December 1, 2023. If the parties reach an agreement on the alter ego fee issue and file
`a related stipulation on or before December 1, 2023, Amazon need not also file a response to
`PersonalWeb’s supplemental opposition” (Dkt. 912 at 2); and
`WHEREAS, the parties–Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Web Services, Inc., and Twitch
`Interactive, Inc. (“Amazon”), on the one hand, and PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC
`(“PersonalWeb”) on the other hand—are continuing to meet and confer regarding a stipulated fee
`reduction to avoid burdening the Court with determining the amount of fees, if any, that should be
`deducted if the Court sustains the objection on the alter ego fee issue by PersonalWeb;
`NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED amongst Amazon
`and PersonalWeb that:
`The deadline for (1) the parties’ filing of a stipulated fee reduction and (2) Amazon’s
`response to PersonalWeb’s supplemental opposition are extended to December 5, 2023.
