`WHEREAS, Plaintiff PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC (“PersonalWeb”) has accused
`Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Web Services, Inc., and Twitch Interactive, Inc.
`(collectively, “Amazon”) (collectively, PersonalWeb and Amazon may be referred to as “Parties”)
`of infringing, inter alia, U.S. Patent Nos. 7,802,310 and 6,928,442;
`WHEREAS, Amazon filed a request for further supplemental fees (including for fees
`pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285; the appeal fees denied without prejudice by the Court in its April 19,
`2021 Order (Dkt. 656); and fees that Amazon has incurred since) (“Fees Submission”) on May 23,
`2023 (Dkt. 880);
`WHEREAS, PersonalWeb filed its response to Amazon’s Fees Submission on July 14, 2023
`(Dkt. 889-1);
`WHEREAS, Amazon’s reply in support of its Fees Submission is due on September 15,
`2023 (Dkt. 882);
`WHEREAS, the Court has scheduled Amazon’s Fees Submission for a hearing on October
`5, 2023 (Dkt. 882);
`WHEREAS, counsel for Amazon has a conflict with the October 5, 2023 hearing date due
`to a jury trial in Alterwan, Inc. v. Amazon.com, Inc., No. 19-cv-1544-MN (D. Del.) scheduled for
`October 2 – 6, 2023;
`WHEREAS, counsel for Amazon has other case appearances and commitments through the
`fall including but not limited to:
`• Oct. 16, 2023, Yuga Labs., Inc. v. Ripps, U.S. Ct. App., No. 22-cv-56199 (9th Cir.)
`• Oct. 23 – 26, 2023, Almondnet, Inc., Intent IQ, LLC v. Amazon.com, Inc., No. 21-
`cv-00898-ADA (W.D. Tex.)
`• Nov. 1 – 7, 2023, VB Assets, LLC v. Amazon.com, Inc., No. 19-cv-01410-MN

`WHEREAS, PersonalWeb does not oppose continuing the hearing date on Amazon’s Fees
`Submission from October 5, 2023 until November 16, 2023;
