`Having considered the Joint Submission Regarding Amazon’s Motion to Compel Production

`of Documents That the PersonalWeb Investors Have Improperly Withheld as Privileged, and finding
`good cause therefor, the Motion is GRANTED.
`IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Brilliant Digital Entertainment, Inc. (“BDE”) and
`
`Monto Holdings Pty Ltd. (“Monto”) have waived privilege over the following documents listed in
`Exhibit A (Excerpted Privilege Log) to the Motion and, accordingly, they shall produce such
`documents to Amazon within seven (7) days of the date of this Order:
`
