`PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC joins Brilliant Digital Entertainment, Inc.’s
`Administrative Motion to Continue Hearing for January 5, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. or permit Zoom
`attendance filed on January 4, 2023 [DE 830].
`PersonalWeb joins this Motion for the reasons mentioned in the Motion and in light of
`Governor Newsom’s proclamation of a State of Emergency for Northern California1 and the
`email received by PersonalWeb’s counsel from United Airlines requesting that he reschedule his
`flight into SFO the morning of January 5, 2023 to another date due to the storm.
`The undersigned is available any other date in January other than January 18-20, when he
`has a panel of third-party depositions in another matter, and January 25-27, when he will be
`without sufficient childcare to travel.
