`TO APPEAR REMOTELY AND
`CONTINUING DISCOVERY HEARING

`On December 2, 2022 this Court ordered identified parties to appear, in-person, on
`
`December 14, 2022 to address a myriad of overlapping discovery issues. Dkt. 816. The hearing is
`
`continued to either January 5 or January 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The identified parties are to
`
`meet and confer and inform the Court of the selected date (by emailing
`
`SVKCRD@cand.uscourts.gov) no later than December 13, 2022. If the parties are unable to
`
`agree, the Court will select the date.
`
`The Court further ORDERS as follows:
`
`• Because of the interrelated nature of the disputes, all parties identified in Dkt. 816
`
`must appear at the hearing in-person, without exception.
`
`• All identified parties are to continue to fulfill their discovery obligations in good
`
`faith, notwithstanding the continuance or the intervening holidays. The Court
`
`expects that all outstanding productions will either be completed or substantially
`
`completed by the next hearing date. Failure to comply with this Court’s orders
`
`regarding production may be addressed by monetary sanctions.
`
`• Any identified party may file an updated status report, not to exceed two pages, 48
`
`hours prior to the hearing.

`• The December 14, 2022 hearing is vacated. Amazon’s request for a video
`
`conference with counsel on that date is denied without prejudice. The Court will
`
`set a remote hearing for counsel, in addition to the in-person hearing discussed
`
`above, as it deems necessary.
`
