`WHEREAS, Plaintiff PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC (“PersonalWeb”) has accused
`Defendants Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Web Services, Inc., and Twitch Interactive, Inc.
`(collectively, “Amazon”) (collectively, PersonalWeb and Amazon may be referred to as “Parties”)
`of infringing, inter alia, U.S. Patent Nos. 7,802,310 and 6,928,442;
`WHEREAS, the current deadline for Amazon to file a request for supplemental fees
`(including for fees pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 285; the appeal fees denied without prejudice by the
`Court in its April 19, 2021 Order (Dkt. 656); and fees that Amazon has incurred since) (“Fees
`Submission”) is January 15, 2023 (Dkt. 777);
`WHEREAS, on November 9, 2022, Magistrate Judge van Keulen ordered PersonalWeb to
`produce the documents as ordered in Dkt. 793 to proceed on a rolling basis and be completed by
`January 20, 2023, and further ordered that “[i]n light of the foregoing schedule, PersonalWeb and
`Amazon are to meet and confer on a stipulation for an extension of the deadline for Amazon to file
`its final supplemental attorney’s fees submission and submit the stipulation for Judge Freeman’s
`consideration by November 18, 2023” (Dkt. 799);
`WHEREAS, the Parties jointly agree that the time for Amazon to file its Fees Submission
`should be extended to enable PersonalWeb to comply with the Court’s order and to also allow
`Amazon sufficient time to review the PersonalWeb document production and prepare its Fees
`Submission in light of that production;
`WHEREAS, PersonalWeb expects to complete production by January 20, 2023 in
`compliance with the Court’s order;
`NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED amongst the Parties
`that, assuming that, that the deadline for Amazon to file its Fees Submission before this Court be
`extended from January 15, 2023 until March 3, 2023; any PersonalWeb opposition brief is due by
`March 17, 2023; and any Amazon reply brief is due by March 24, 2023.
