`
`[PROPOSED] ORDER
`Before this Court is the Joint Statement of Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Web Services, Inc.,
`Twitch Interactive, Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”) and third-parties Brilliant Digital Entertainment,
`Inc., Claria Innovations, LLC, Europlay Capital Advisors, LLC, and Monto Holdings Pty. Ltd.
`(collectively, “PersonalWeb Affiliates”). Having considered the parties’ Joint Statement, as well
`as supporting documents filed therewith, the Court finds good cause to compel the PersonalWeb
`Affiliates to comply with the Court’s orders (Dkts. 738 & 746).
`Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Amazon’s motion as follows:
`1. The PersonalWeb Affiliates shall each provide Amazon responses to the
`requests for production removing objections other than attorney-client privilege
`and work product protection within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.
`2. The PersonalWeb Affiliates shall produce all responsive non-privileged
`documents within any of their possession, custody, or control within fourteen
`(14) days of the date of this Order.
`3. The PersonalWeb Affiliates are ordered to reimburse Amazon’s costs and
`reasonable attorney fees in securing compliance with the Court’s previous
`orders. Amazon shall submit a declaration substantiating those costs and fees
`within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order.
`
`
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
