`
`[PROPOSED] ORDER
`Before this Court is the Motion to Compel Compliance with Court Order by Amazon.com,
`Inc., Amazon Web Services, Inc., and Twitch Interactive, Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”). Having
`considered the motion, as well as supporting documents filed therewith, the Court finds good cause
`to compel PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC (“PersonalWeb”) to comply with the Court’s April 27,
`2021 order. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Amazon’s motion as follows:
` PersonalWeb shall provide Amazon bank or financial accounts within Personal-
`Web’s possession, including current balances by ____, 2021. Continuing non-com-
`pliance will be treated as contempt of Court.
` Leave is granted for Amazon to seek sanctions against PersonalWeb and Stubbs
`Alderton and Markiles, LLP for PersonalWeb’s failure to comply with the Court’s
`April 27, 2021 order.
`
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
