`address exactly this situation: that PersonalWeb's counsel continue in fact to represent it while

`refusing service and rejecting the Court's orders in the case based on a claim that there is no counsel

`of record for ”post judgment matters.” If PersonalWeb intends to maintain that position, we will

`address it with the Court on the 13th, and whoever appears for PersonalWeb may argue its positions
