`PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC (“PersonalWeb”), and Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon
`Web Services, Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”) and Twitch Interactive, Inc. (“Twitch”) stipulate as
`follows:
`WHEREAS, on March 12, 2021 the Court ordered PersonalWeb to respond to Amazon and
`Twitch’s supplemental declaration in support of their request for attorneys’ fees (ECF 649), if it
`choose to do so, on or before March 26, 20201, and to file a responsive brief no longer than five
`pages (ECF 650);
`WHEREAS, PersonalWeb has requested and the parties have conferred and agree that
`PersonalWeb shall have one additional week up until April 2, 2021 to file its brief in response.
`
`BASED ON THE FOREGOING, THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE as follows:
`PersonalWeb shall have until April 2, 2021 to file its brief in response to Amazon and Twitch’s
`supplemental declaration in support of their request for attorneys’ fees.
