`
`PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC (“PersonalWeb”), and Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon
`Web Services, Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”) and Twitch Interactive, Inc. (“Twitch”) stipulate as
`follows:
`WHEREAS, per the Court’s October 6, 2020 order granting Amazon and Twitch’s motion
`for attorneys’ fees and bill of costs (collectively, the “Motion”), PersonalWeb had two weeks from
`the date of the Court’s order, through October 20, 2020, to file a supplemental brief to address the
`reasonableness of the fees requested in the Motion, and Amazon and Twitch had one week after
`PersonalWeb’s submission to file a reply, through October 27, 2020 (Dkt. 636);
`WHEREAS, due to the complexity of the issues and substantial fee request, the parties have
`conferred and agree that PersonalWeb shall have up until October 30, 2020 to file its supplemental
`brief, and Amazon and Twitch shall have up until November 16, 2020 to file its reply;
`
`BASED ON THE FOREGOING, THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE as follows:
`1. PersonalWeb shall have up until October 30, 2020 to file its supplemental brief; and
`2. Amazon and Twitch shall have up until November 16, 2020 to file its reply.
